Necessary session cookie
The website uses website_sales_session, or the configured session cookie name, to keep users signed in, protect authenticated screens, retain flash messages and link a guest cart to the server-side cart record. It is essential, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax by default, and normally expires after the configured session lifetime. Blocking it will break login, checkout, forms and cart continuity.
CSRF protection cookie
The website uses website_sales_csrf, or the configured CSRF cookie name, as a client-readable mirror of the server-side CSRF token. It helps JavaScript submit protected forms while the server validates the token against the session. It is essential and contains no product, price, payment or personal profile details.
Shopping cart storage
Cart contents are stored server-side in the database and are linked to the current user or session identifier. The site does not store cart contents, prices, payment details or personal information in a separate cart cookie.
Cookie consent preference
The website may store website_sales_cookie_consent, or the configured consent cookie name, to remember whether optional future cookies are accepted. It is a functional preference cookie and does not activate analytics or marketing by itself. If blocked, the site can still work but may show the notice again.
Optional analytics or advertising
Analytics, advertising, heatmap, profiling or similar optional cookies are not active at this stage. They must remain blocked unless the relevant consent choice is recorded and the Cookie Notice is updated to identify the provider, purpose, duration and opt-out method.
Managing cookies
Browser controls can delete or block cookies. Essential cookies are needed for the service to function. Production HTTPS should set Secure cookies by configuration, while local XAMPP development may run with Secure disabled.
