Addresses and contact details
Customers must provide a complete deliverable address and reachable contact details. Address changes after dispatch may cause delay or additional cost.
Estimates and partial supply
Delivery, collection and supplier lead times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. The company will communicate material shortages or delays and may offer partial supply, substitution with consent, back-order or cancellation as appropriate.
Delivery, collection and risk
Delivery or collection must be acknowledged by an authorised recipient. Inspect packaging and quantities promptly and report visible shortages or transit damage as soon as reasonably possible. Risk and ownership transfer according to the agreement and mandatory law.
Failed delivery and uncollected goods
Reasonable redelivery, storage or return costs may apply where failure results from an incorrect address, unavailable recipient or uncollected order, except where prohibited by law or caused by the company.
