Supplier identity and agreement
The company details below identify the supplier. These terms, the accepted quote or online order, the product description, price and incorporated policies form the agreement. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
Products, availability and pricing
Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Prices are displayed in the stated currency and VAT treatment is shown where applicable. Stock, supplier availability, lead times and delivery dates are estimates until confirmed. Obvious errors may be corrected before fulfilment, with the customer offered confirmation or cancellation where required.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when the company confirms acceptance or begins fulfilment, subject to stock, payment verification, fraud checks and any approved account terms. Payment references must not contain sensitive authentication data.
Electronic communications
The customer agrees that transactional notices, invoices, statements, policy notices and records may be provided electronically to the contact details supplied. Electronic records may be retained as evidence of the transaction.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Cancellation, cooling-off, defective-goods and refund rights are governed by the Returns, Refunds and Cooling-Off Policy and applicable law. Refunds are made through an appropriate verified method and may require identity or account verification.
Liability and force majeure
Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by law. The company is not responsible for delay caused by events reasonably beyond its control, but will communicate material delays and provide remedies required by law.
Complaints and disputes
Please first submit the order number, facts and requested resolution through the company contact details below. Unresolved matters may be referred to an applicable regulator, ombud, court or dispute-resolution body. South African law applies unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
